KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Prepare training budget
 Prepare training calendar
 Prepare training need assessment
 Prepare training material
 Prepare training test
 Being a trainer
 Facilitate external training
 Facilitate oversea training
 Prepare training evaluation
 Collect and Compile external training material
 Manage attendance of trainees and trainers
 Manage training payback
 Prepare Training Report

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or or related industry
2. At least three year-experience in human resource, training, talent management, preferably in financial sector.
3. Computer literacy (MS Office, PowerPoint, e-mail)
4. Good facilitation skill, strong communication skills in English and Khmer (written and spoken)
5. Strong conceptualization; widely knowledge and analytical skills
6. Dynamics, friendliness, and good interpersonal skill
7. High motivation and ability to work without supervision
8. Willingness to travel to support business operations at provinces
